PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and refer to the rate per room, per night, including buffet breakfast during established times. The cost includes both the service and the VAT required by law.

CONDITIONS

Half board, for dinner only, can be requested when booking. Children from 0 to 24 months can stay for free in their parents’ bed, or a cot/cot service is available at a cost of €15.00 per night. For children up to 12 years there is a cost of €30.00 with an additional cot in the parents’ room. This rate is also applied if the child shares a bed with the parents. It is possible to request an additional bed at a cost of €30.00 per night, available only in superior rooms or junior suites. We happily welcome small animals such as dogs (maximum weight 15 kilograms) and cats in our hotel rooms, subject to prior communication and authorization from the Management at the time of booking. There is an additional cost of €20.00 per day for each animal and the customer is responsible for any damage caused to people or property. However, please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bar, breakfast room and pool areas. It is mandatory to keep pets on a leash during your stay. All our rooms are NO SMOKING.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

To confirm the booking, the payment of a confirmation deposit is required, which varies according to the length of the stay:

For multi-night stays, the deposit corresponds to 30% of the total value of the stay.

To pay by credit card, you will need to provide your card number and expiration date. The amount of the first night will be blocked on the card as a deposit, or the card will be used as a guarantee for the booking. For payment by bank transfer, it will be necessary to make the transfer to “Allpromo srl”, indicating the reason, to the following IBAN: IT 53 W 02008 30545 000 500 071 803

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available from 4pm to 7pm. In case of late or early arrival, please notify us by telephone. Please note that it will not be possible to check in after midnight, and a supplement may apply for arrivals after 11pm.

For early arrivals, always expected after 9:00 in the morning, it is possible to store your luggage while waiting for the room to be ready. However, the Management declines any responsibility for the content and value of objects stored at the facility.

Check-out is between 08.30 and 10.00 on the day of departure but it is possible to leave luggage in storage until 13.00. For early departures, please pay the bill the evening before.

For departures after this time, not previously agreed, the cost of the following night will be charged.

We accept payments in cash and with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi. Checks are not accepted. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before arrival and at check-in (requesting authorization from the relevant circuit).

It is mandatory to present a valid photo ID (passport, identity card, driving license) and a credit card as a guarantee during check-in (not rechargeable cards). In the absence of a credit card, a deposit of €250.00 will be required which will be returned upon check-out. Please note that without valid documents you will not be able to stay at the property.

Upon check-in, you will be provided with an electronic card to access your room and hotel facilities, such as parking, reception and common areas. In case of loss of the electronic card, an amount of €25.00 will be charged to your account.

TIMETABLES

The reception opening hours are from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 22:00. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00. The “Il Ritrovo dei Poeti” restaurant welcomes its guests from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, and it is advisable to book in advance. The closing day varies depending on the seasons of the year. It is possible to reserve a table by indicating this at the time of booking but please note that booking the room does not automatically guarantee a table in the restaurant.

The swimming pool is open from May to October and follows specific times and rules of use (for more information, please contact us). The swimming pool may be closed due to private events; in this case, you can ask for further details at the reception.
